The products and  services provided are governed by Marinsa International Inc.’s  Terms and Conditions below.  Any Claim for return must be reported to us  in writing within 10 days of receipt of cargo by the customer. No goods may be returned without written authorization from Marinsa, who will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. A restocking fee  in accordance with the return policy of our supplier plus all cost incurred to return the merchandise to our supplier will be charged to the customer.

A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on all Overdue/Delinquent accounts. All cores must be returned as soon as possible to our Warehouse in Miami with a maximum of 120 days after having received the related merchandise. Cores received later will not be eligible to qualify for core credit.
